a) "Synthesis of fluorescein aromatic esters in the presence of P2O5/SiO2 as catalyst and their hydrolysis studies in the presence of lipase"
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dyepig.2010.09.013
mit der Vorschrift:
A mixture of fluorescein (1) (1.66 g, 5 mmol), carboxylic acid (2) (10 mmol) and P2O5/SiO2 (0.02 mol) was grounded in a mortar for
10 min. and then, was heated at 60 C for 4 h. After the completion, the reaction mixture was treated with CH2Cl2 (50 mL), stirred for
one hour, and the catalyst filtered off. The organic layer was washed with water (25 mL), dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated to afford
crude product. The crystalline pure product was obtained by further recrystallization in methanol
was sich recht gut anhört....
"Phosphorus pentoxide supported on silica gel and alumina (P2O5/SiO2, P2O5/Al2O3) as useful catalysts in organic synthesis" https://link.springer.com/article/10.10 ... 011-0057-0 wo folgendes zu lesen ist:
Zweite Frage war, dann worauf beziehen sich die 0.02 mol der P2O5/SiO2-Mischung....okay nach etwas suchen...Accordingly, we treated 10 mmol P2O5 (1.42 g) with silica gel (2.5 g), so all of hydroxyl groups were phosphorylated in the P2O5/SiO2 (37% w/w). The reagent was prepared by simple mixing of P2O5 and dried chromatographic grade silica gel. Stirring of the mixture in dry
condition for 30 min gave the P2O5/SiO2 reagent as homogeneous, free flowing, white powder.
"P2O5/SiO2 AS AN EFFICIENT REAGENT FOR ESTERIFICATION OF PHENOLS IN DRY MEDIA"
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10. ... ode=lsyc20
A mixture of 1.42 g (0.01 mol) phosphorus pentoxide and 2.5g of chromatography grade silica gel was placed in a flask and stirred for 30 minutes. A mixture of equimolar amounts (5mmol) of the carboxylic acid and phenol was added.
