Hallo,
da ich gerade an einem Molekül arbeite für dessen Aufarbeitung eine "train sublimation" empfohlen wird wollte ich fragen ob jemand damit Erfahrungen hat und/oder weiß wie man sowas improvisieren könnte (Glasrohr mit Argonstrom und an einem Ende einfach heiß machen?).

Das scheint mir eine Art modifizierte Kugelrohrdestillation nur ohne Kugeln und mit Argonstrom zu sein. Reicht denn normale Kugelrohrdest. nicht aus ?

Eine Ähnlichkeit ist da, ist nur halt für Feststoffe und scheinbar ein rohr bei dem zonenweise Temperaturgradienden angelegt werden und ein Konstanter Argonstrom ist (der scheinabr für das Verfahren entscheidend ist). Daher kommt deine Beschreibung ganz gut hin, aber selbst wenn, eine Kugelrohrdestille habe ich nicht. Und selbst wenn: in den Büchiteilen kann man schlecht nen ArgonSTROM erzeugen. Letztendlich kommt meine "Glasrohr und Argondurchpusten"-Idee dem ganzen scheinbar schon recht nahe.
