Der Begriff ist übrigens selbst unter Chemikern nicht allgemein bekannt. Bei uns heißen die Trockendestillen oder Natriumdestillen. Beim Wort "Ketyle" oder "Ketylieren" wissen die meisten (auch Professoren und Doktoranden) oft nicht, was gemeint ist, obwohl sie mit dem Prozess selbst bestens vertraut sind.
Ja, die Benutzung des Begriffes ist regional teils sehr unterschiedlich. Bei uns ist "Ketylieren" der Standardbegriff. Selbst auch den meisten Anleitungen wird es als solches ausgeschrieben. Umschreibungen sind ebenfalls anzutreffen, aber dann in der Form von "Lösungsmittel trocknen".
