Leider erkennt man auf folgendem Bild kaum die grüne Fluoreszenz, allerdings sind hierbei die Grenzen meiner momentanen Möglichkeiten erreicht, derart schwache Fuoreszenzen aufzunehmen.

Gar nicht,... es handelt sich um Phloxin B und welches als Färbemittel in der Mikrobiologie eingesetzt wird. Synthese würde aber aus Tetrachlorphthalsäureanhydrid und Resorcin und anschließender Bromierung mit Br2 erfolgen.

Wie man's nimmt,... aus Fluorescein kann es nicht hergestellt werden (mangelende Selektivität der Halogenierung). Aber strukturell hängt es mit dem Fluorescein zusammen.
