Bis dahin wird das noch nicht erledigt sein, da ich weder eine Reinkultur noch die Ahnung habe wie man sowas macht und ob es überhaupt lohnt den Farbstoff zu extrahieren. Online habe ich bei einer schnellen Suche nur die Extraktion für Copro III aus Corynebacterium diphtheriae gefunden

Jetzt einige Wochen später sieht man deutlich, dass die rote Fluoreszenz zurückgegangen ist. Nur einzelne weiter unten liegende und kleinere Stacheln am Kopf zeigen jetzt noch eine Fluoreszenz.
Ob es der gleiche Igel ist weiß ich nicht, aber er sieht auch ein wenig größer ist. Entweder habe sie ihre Fluoreszenz recht schnell verloren und ich hatte Glück das überhaupt mitzubekommen oder es ist ein älteres Tier.

Heute vor meinem nächtlichen UV-Spaziergang noch schnell Hühner gezählt und dabei den Nachwuchs unserer Hausigel entdeckt :3
Man erkennt auf dem ersten Bild, dass die dunklen Haare am Kopf ebenfalls fluoreszieren.
Da sie sich am Fallobst vergnügen und das nicht mehr ganz so geil ist habe ich ihnen einen Apfel aufgeschnitten und hingelegt, leider sind sie dann einfach abgehauen und haben sich nicht für interessiert.
