Ich empfehle das Elementsymbol direkt ins Bild zu packen. Sollten die Bildern irgendwie anderweitig verwendet werden (google z.B. wird diesen Thread und dessen Bilder der Suche nach alleine einem der Elementnamen anzeigen), so kann es keine Missverständnisse geben um was es sich handelt.

Nur wenn sie verunreinigt sind Isomerenrein und von phenolischen oder sulfonierten Rückständen befreit ist es schön weiß.

War damals noch nicht schlau genug: Ich wollte eigentlich Nitrobenzol und hatte vom Dorf-Apotheker rote rauchende Salpetersäure bekommen und das Benzol "fast" kaputt nitriert .... Daher die "gleichen" Kristallnadeln halt geblich....

Rauchende HNO3 vom Apotheher Hach, das waren noch Zeiten
Alles eine Frage der Reaktionsbedingungen. Man kann mit rauchender drauf gehen - dann unter guter Kühlung - oder mit "normaler" konzentrierter, dann unter Erwärmen. Solange du nicht zu heftig erwärmst - denn dann kann das ganze oxidativ durchgehen...
Für mich war das Dinitro auch nur ein Abfallprodukt. Ich hab eine größere Portion Nitro gemacht (von 150g Benzol ausgehend), das hat auch gut geklappt (75% Ausbeute), und dann war da noch der Sumpf der Vakuumdestillation der beim Auskühlen erstarrte... vermutlich waren die 60° beim Nitrieren schon etwas zu warm sodass sich so viel Dinitro gebildet hat, die Reaktion ist sehr temperaturempfindlich. Aber so kommt man auch zu enem Produkt und es stellt sich beim Nachlesen sogar als recht interessantes Reagenz bz. Ausgangsstoff heraus
