And the Earth is flat and came to exist about 10 000 years ago (47% of US citizens believe the latter is true!). It's sad that they actually had to let their children die to remove themselves from the gene pool, it would have been much nicer if they wouldn't have had kids in the first place (I wonder how some people manage to reproduce anyway; I hope them getting children was just a tragic coincidence and it won't happen again).
Personally, I think 16-18 months are a joke. Lifelong closed psychiatric clinic may be more helpful.

I do not feel any kind of sadness while reading this story, I just see another evidence how easy the mass of highly uneducated people can be manipulated ans brainwashed by simple means and ways ... and fear that this phenomenon will spred over here.
