Reaktion von Schwefelsäure mit Saccharose
Geräte: Becherglas 50 mL, Glasstab Chemikalien: konz. Schwefelsäure (C) 
Saccharose Durchführung: Zuerst gibt man 12,5 g Saccharose in ein Becherglas. Danach gibt man langsam 5 mL Schwefelsäure hinzu und rührt um. Die Saccharose verfärbt von Gelb nach Schwarz und schäumt nach ca. 2-3 Minuten auf. Erklärung: Die Schwefelsäure entwässert die Saccharose zu Kohlenstoff: C12H22O11 --> 12 C + 11 H2O Die Schwefelsäure reagiert mit dem Kohlenstoff: C + 2 H2SO4 --> CO2 + 2 SO2 + 2 H2O Bilder:

Ich denke aber mal, wegen dem Überschäumen könnte man das noch in die Showversuche oder Organik/Anorganik verschieben. |
