Beech-Reaktion
Die Beech-Reaktion dient der Synthese von aromatischen Aldehyden aus Aryldiazoniumsalzen. Benannt nach: Beech Mechanismus: Zunächst wird das Diazoniumsalz durch Kupfer(I) zu einem Radikal reduziert: 
Dann erfolgt Substitution des Aldoxims: 
Nun wird das enstandene Aldoxim zum Aldehyd hydrolysiert:  |
